No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. Information sharing with subcontractors is restricted to what is necessary to support the messaging service, and those parties are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Wallpaper Indy. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected.

Mobile Privacy

We handle your mobile number and message content according to our Privacy Policy:

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

How we store and protect it

We store customer information in Jobber, our field service management software, and in standard business tools protected by passwords and access controls. Access is limited to the owner, office staff, and technicians who need the information to do their job.

We use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We keep customer records as long as needed to service the account, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. After that, records are deleted or destroyed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share it only when necessary, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business: our field service software (Jobber), our messaging platform, our payment processor, our accounting software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Subcontractors and technicians assigned to your job, limited to what they need to complete the work.
• Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask what we have. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it. Ask us to update anything inaccurate.
• Delete it. Ask us to remove your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and invoice records.
• Opt out of texts. Reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly.
• Opt out of marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link, or contact us directly.
